Came home after a 12hr overnight shift to water gushing out of the top of one of the water heaters. I sent a text to Green Tech and they responded with in 30 minutes. less than 2 hours later they were at the front door to check it out, 2 hours later had a new water heater installed. The Tech was polite and professional. Explained what he would do and the cost. If you live in Boston you know the cost for plumbing/heating/electric is a premium.
