Great experience. Very quick to reply and we’re able to come over the same day, on a Sunday. Had to replace the faucet, and they did right there. All communication remotely since we live in a different state went very smoothly.

Highly communicative, efficient, and professional! We were able to schedule time with Green Tech to help us dis/reconnect our oven after we had to unexpectedly replace it, and Green Tech was very accomodating. They sent out their Tech, David to help us disconnect the old oven this morning and he was great! Super nice and efficient, and answered my questions fully. Too, he put in the grates for the new oven for us as an extra kind gesture. Definitely recommend working with this company if you’re looking for assistance locally who also will do good work.
I contacted Green Tech about getting my tankless water heater serviced, and I received a call back within minutes. Dave came out the very next day. Came home after a 12hr overnight shift to water gushing out of the top of one of the water heaters. I sent a text to Green Tech and they responded with in 30 minutes. less than 2 hours later they were at the front door to check it out, 2 hours later had a new water heater installed. The Tech was polite and professional. Explained what he would do and the cost. If you live in Boston you know the cost for plumbing/heating/electric is a premium. But you get quality work for that price.

Absolutely amazing! We realized our heat had been off all day. Our technician arrived within an hour of calling, at night, well past normal hours. He had our heat fixed in 30 minutes. He had the necessary replacement part with him and doesn’t need to come back. I could not be more grateful. It is cold out!

The plumbing service has been exceptional! The plumber was able to diagnose an issue with my toilet and professionally installed a new one for us.
